Overview
Moonlits Reads sells digital coins that readers use to unlock premium chapters. Because coins and unlocked chapters are digital access products, refunds are limited, but we will review payment problems and platform errors fairly.
Failed or Canceled Payments
If a Stripe checkout fails or is canceled, coins should not be added to your wallet. If your card was charged but your Moonlits wallet did not update, contact support with your account email, coin package, and approximate payment time.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same coin purchase, contact support. We will compare payment records, wallet ledger entries, and Stripe checkout references. Confirmed duplicate charges may be refunded or corrected with wallet adjustments.
Coins Already Used
Once coins are used to unlock a chapter, the unlock is generally final. We may make exceptions for clear platform errors, accidental duplicate unlocks, unavailable content, or other issues at our discretion.
Content Availability
If a paid chapter becomes unavailable because of a platform issue, we may restore access, issue replacement coins, or provide another reasonable correction. Story updates, edits, formatting changes, or author revisions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
How to Request Help
Email support@moonlitsreads.com and include:
- Your Moonlits Reads account email.
- The coin package or chapter involved.
- The approximate payment or unlock time.
- A short description of what happened.
Processing Time
We aim to review payment issues as soon as reasonably possible. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, your card issuer, and the payment method used.
