By using Moonlits Reads, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Moonlits Reads may update these terms as the service grows, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You may not share, sell, or misuse another person's account.
• Admin accounts are approved for content management and may be limited or removed if misused.

Coins are a digital balance used to unlock eligible premium chapters on Moonlits Reads. Coins are not a bank account, cash balance, cryptocurrency, or stored-value card. Coin balances are intended only for use inside Moonlits Reads and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users, authors, admins, or staff.
• Do not post spam, illegal content, hateful content, or sexually exploitative material.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, unlock, moderation, or security systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

Stories, chapters, covers, author notes, and related creative materials belong to their respective owners. Readers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access content through Moonlits Reads. Buying coins or unlocking a chapter does not transfer copyright or publishing rights.

Approved admins and authors are responsible for the content they upload. By uploading content, they confirm they have the rights needed to publish it on Moonlits Reads and that the content does not violate another person's rights.

Moonlits Reads may remove content, hide comments, revoke access, suspend accounts, or limit admin tools when needed to protect readers, authors, payments, platform security, or legal compliance.

We work to keep Moonlits Reads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, coin packages, stories, and availability may change over time.
